Motion to recess into a closed meeting in order to discuss plans to protect public safety as it relates to information subject to the exclusion in Va. Code § 2.2-3705.2 (2) and (14), where discussion in an open meeting would jeopardize the safety of any person or the security of any facility, building, structure, information technology system, or software program and/or to discuss reports or plans related to the security of any governmental facility, building, or structure, or the safety of persons using such facility, building or structure as authorized by section 2.2-3711 (A) (19) of the Virginia Code. The subject matter of the meeting is the security of City facilities.
