4.1. | BZA-21-625 Request of Four Square Architects, LLC for variances of Sections 8-6-1 and 8-4 of the Winchester Zoning Ordinance pertaining to minimum side yard and minimum lot width respectively at 2417 Valley Avenue (Map Number 270-03- -15) zoned Highway Commercial (B-2) District with Corridor Enhancement (CE) overlay. The variances would permit the existing nonconforming dwelling to be converted into a commercial office on the ground floor and an apartment on the second floor.
