Motion to recess into a closed meeting in order to discuss the appointment of specific public officers or appointees, as authorized by section 2.2-3711(A)(1) of the state code, where the subject matter is the appointment of members of specific City Boards and Commission including but not limited to the Winchester-Frederick County Tourism Board, Community Policy Management Team, and Parks and Recreation.
