RZ-21-591   AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 15.3 ACRES OF LAND AT 2210 LEGGE BOULEVARD (Map Number 239-01- -1) FROM COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL (CM-1) DISTRICT TO HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (B-2) DISTRICT WITH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) OVERLAY. The Comprehensive Plan identifies the site as a Redevelopment Site. The current CM-1 zoning permits commercial use by right but would not permit any residential use. The proposed B-2/PUD Development Plan calls for 246 dwelling units at a density of about 16 units per acre and about 18,000 sq. ft. of commercial use.
