BZA-21-829: Request of Thomas Bradley and Chrisanne Finefrock for an appeal of a zoning decision regarding 339 Jefferson Street (Map #211-12-G-10), zoned Medium Density Residential (MR). The applicants are appealing a decision to deny a waiver of underground utility installation requirements pursuant to Section 18-22-1 of the Zoning Ordinance. The appellants are requesting a ninety (90) day extension on the hearing of their appeal.
