CU-22-247 Request of John Morris Edwards for a Conditional Use Permit to convert ground floor nonresidential use to residential use, per Section 9-2-16 and multifamily dwellings containing units with three or more bedrooms, per Section 9-2-20 of the Winchester Zoning Ordinance, at 208 S. Loudoun St. (Map# 193-01-L- 5) zoned Central Business (B-1) District with Historic Winchester (HW) overlay.

RZ-22-275  AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 2.59 ACRES AT 1570 COMMERCE STREET (MAP# 252-01-2) FROMCOMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL (CM-1) DISTRICT TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MR) DISTRICT WITH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) OVERLAY.  The 2.59-acre PUD rezoning would allow a base density of 16 residential units per acre. The proposal calls for 12.4 units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan has identified this parcel as a Redevelopment Site.
