Sprouse for a variance of the Winchester Zoning Ordinance, Section 5.1-6-1.1, pertaining to minimum side yard requirements for single-family dwellings at 115 East Cecil Street (Map #193-01-S- 10) zoned Limited High Density Residential (HR-1) District with Historic Winchester (HW) District overlay.  The applicant is requesting relief of the side yard setback in order to construct a rear porch.
