2.2. | RZ-22-777 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PROFFERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONDITIONAL REZONING OF A 3.513 ACRE LOT AT 1721 AMHERST STREET (Map# 149-1-8B) FROM RO-1 TO CONDITIONAL B-2 ZONING DISTRICT WITH CORRIDOR ENHANCEMENT (CE) DISTRICT OVERLAY.
