RZ-22-777  AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PROFFERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONDITIONAL REZONING OF A 3.513 ACRE LOT AT 1721 AMHERST STREET (Map# 149-1-8B) FROM RO-1 TO CONDITIONAL B-2 ZONING DISTRICT WITH CORRIDOR ENHANCEMENT (CE) DISTRICT OVERLAY. The Proffer revision would expand the list of permitted uses on this one lot to allow convenience store with gas filling operations subject to specific design standards.

ZTA-22-721  AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 13 OF THE WINCHESTER ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS (PUD). This publicly sponsored text amendment would update the PUD district intent, provide new affordable housing requirements, revisions to existing height and setback requirements and density bonus incentives.
