Motion to recess into a closed meeting in order to discuss the appointment of specific public officers or appointees, as authorized by section 2.2-3711(A)(1) of the state code, where the subject matter is the appointment of members of specific City Boards and Commissions, including but not limited to the Frederick-Winchester Service Authority, the Northern Shenandoah Valley Regional Commission, Old Dominion ASAP, the Community Criminal Justice Board, the Local Board of Building and Fire Code Appeals, and the Planning Commission.

Motion to reconvene into open session and to certify that only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act were discussed during the closed meeting, and that only those public business matters identified in

the motion which convened during the closed meeting were heard, discussed, or considered during the closed meeting.
