RZ-23-97 AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 1.676 ACRES OF LAND AT 558 YORK AVENUE (MAP#310-2-17B) FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MR) TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MR) WITH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) OVERLAY. The current MR zoning would permit approximately 9 dwelling units. The proposed PUD rezoning would permit up to 15 dwelling units. The Comprehensive Plan envisions the subject site as suitable for Neighborhood Revitalization with Infill.

TA-22-983 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REENACT PORTIONS OF ARTICLES 1-2, 13, AND 19 OF THE CITY OF WINCHESTER ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR OPEN SPACE AND IMPROVEMENTS AND STANDARDS FOR LANDSCAPING. This publicly-sponsored amendment would revise the open space requirements and provide alternatives in lieu of on-site open space.
