CU-23-433 Request of Painter Lewis, P.L.C. for a Conditional Use Permit per Section 9-2-14 of the Winchester Zoning Ordinance to operate a 48-unit mini-storage facility at 210 E Southwerk Street (Map #233-02- - 10B) zoned Central Business (B-1) District.

RZ-23-611 AN ORDINANCE TO CONDITIONALLY REZONE 1.9 ACRES OF LAND AT 601 W. JUBAL EARLY DRIVE (MAP#230-4-2A) FROM PLANNED COMMERCIAL (PC) TO HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (B-2) WITH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) OVERLAY. THE REZONING INCLUDES PROFFERS. The PUD rezoning would allow up to 16 units per acre without density bonuses. The proposal calls for 13.2 townhouse units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan calls for Commerce Center/Corridor use.

RZ-23-612 AN ORDINANCE TO CONDITIONALLY REZONE 3.864 ACRES OF LAND AT 641 W. JUBAL EARLY DRIVE (MAP#230-4-2C) FROM PLANNED COMMERCIAL (PC) TO HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (B-2) WITH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) OVERLAY. THE REZONING INCLUDES PROFFERS. The PUD rezoning would allow up to 16 units per acre without density bonuses. The proposal calls for 6.7 townhouse units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan calls for Commerce Center/ Corridor use.

RZ-23-613 AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 2.0 ACRES OF LAND AT 1811 ROBERTS STREET (Map# 231-09-1) FROM HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (B-2) DISTRICT TO HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (B-2) DISTRICT WITH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) OVERLAY. The 2-acre PUD rezoning would allow up to 16 units per acre without density bonuses. The proposal calls for 16 units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan identifies this area as appropriate for Redevelopment.
