RZ-20-272  AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 1.96 ACRES OF LAND AT 1811 ROBERTS STREET (Map# 231-09-1) FROM HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (B-2) DISTRICT TO HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (B-2) DISTRICT WITH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) OVERLAY AND REZONE A 0.04 PORTION OF LAND AT 1802 ROBERTS STREET (Map# 251-01-25) FROM LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (M-1) DISTRICT TO HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (B-2) DISTRICT WITH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) OVERLAY. The 2-acre PUD rezoning would allow up to 18 units per acre. The proposal calls for 18 units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan identified this area as Commerce Centers/Corridor.
